This session is designed to help managers develop the necessary skills to address issues of wellbeing within their team. Furthermore, it will support managers in understanding their responsibility of addressing the wellbeing of their employees through possible interventions and conversations.

Content:

  • Identification of early warning signs and possible interventions, manage psychosocial risks,
  • Supporting return to work following sickness
  • How to refer employees to the ESP services.

The aim of this workshop is to help participants find different and sustainable ways to manage stress and to be more aware and tolerate feelings of stress and difficulty.  This session requires participation in the various individual exercises presented throughout the session.

  • Understand the importance and learn ways for practicing mindfulness
